Ann and Nancy Wilson formed the Lovemongers in 1991 with fellow friends and cowriters, Sue Ennis and Frank Cox, to join in on keyboards, guitar, and vocals. Playing benefits in Seattle as the Lovemongers, Ann and Nancy really felt like they were really getting back to their roots. Ann and Nancy felt the Lovemongers brought a whole new freshness to music and provided the opportunity for them to get back to playing in the clubs. It also gave them time concentrate on writing and helped restore their faith in the music business.
